Just an ideal choice for a transient visit in Porto with good value considering price it charged. The hot drinks were in large flasks, and the coffee was excellent, a pleasant surprise. Ask for a room away from the road for a cooler stay.

The breakfast buffet was very generous and had many offerings. There was a small but nice terrace with a good view of the city. The hotel rooms and lobby/lounge area were clean and well kept. The staff were helpful. Parking was included.
The location was a bit out of the way but that makes sense considering there was free parking (included with the cost of your stay). The parking lot itself was a very tight squeeze; luckily the hotel staff helped direct us.

It is a pleasant hotel and I liked its new-fashioned rooms and flexible personnel. No complains at all, I would be happy to recommend this place and would consider staying here again...

The room was very good with a super comfy bed and jacuzzi. The location is close to everything important. The climb back to the hotel was a bit much after a long day though 😅

Perfect for families looking for comfort
The breakfast spread was excellent with so many options like fruits and pastries and the staff were really friendly and helped us plan our day trip cruise on the river. We had the chance to grab an early breakfast since we were heading out before regular hours which was super helpful.
It wasn't overly expensive but still on the higher side.

Very nice room, clean and comfort with view (I was at the 5th floor). Big bathroom, nice bed. Good location 5-7 minutes from metro at Santa Catarina road which is good for shoping and for walking. Good breakfast. Nice people at the reception.

Well situated and free parkingspace. Television worked well and wifi was very quick. Breakfast was good.
Rooms were a bit outdated and because there was carpet on the floor it smelled a bit.

Pleasant fairly clean hotel and staff was delightfully helpful and attentive. Local food in the restaurant, great and excellent breakfast with hard eggs and excellent pastry, for example. Magnificent and particularly good location near Marques. Based so close to the city centre, a nice park and riverside.

Private parking available, though a bit tight. Rooms clean, beds comfortable.
Location is a steep walk from downtown, about 2 km, and the Metro is accessible but not very close. Air conditioning struggled, producing hot air instead of cooling. Road-facing rooms felt too warm, leaving windows closed. Limited breakfast options with no in-house dining.

We stayed in a modern triple room, clean and equipped with handy amenities like a fridge and kettle. The reception team was genuinely helpful, even providing great tips for exploring the local area, including a visit to Taylor's cellars. It was lit for our family!
My kids wished for a pool to cool off after long days.
